Cricket Wireless provides a 7-day return policy for qualifying devices. If you received your order more than 7 days ago, you may be eligible for a warranty claim. For online purchases, you can start a return online through their return portal or by contacting Customer Support. A return request for online purchases of devices and SIM kits must be made within seven (7) days of order delivery.
